New Year’s Resolutions for Your E-Commerce Site

Happy new year!  I just turned in my article for the next edition of the eBiz Insider– be on the look-out for the upcoming issue, where I write about Redesign for 2009.  I don’t want to give away the contents of the article early, but figured a blog post would also be in order.  The new year always gets people in “change mode.”  What changes are you thinking about making to your e-commerce business this year?  Start making your list now!
